Request Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request To ensure customer satisfaction and for your protection, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, please we require that a Request Merchandise Authorization (RMA) be requested within 7 days from the receive date. Please link to our Return Authorization Request with the following information: Order Number Product SKU, reason for return, the refund process may take up to 14 business days from the time the product is received as a return. Shipping and handling fees are currently non-refundable. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be included in the return package. Please do not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process. Please, Unauthorized returns may be refused. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
Before returning any item(s) a RMA number must be received from TALLsource.com. Returns that do not have an RMA number will be refused While we do our best to make sure that a damaged or defective item is never shipped it is possible that we did miss something. We will replace any damaged or defective item with the identical item in the identical size. You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Wrong Merchandise Received If you order one item but receive a different item we will replace the wrong item with the correct item. The replacement will be with the original item as it was originally ordered. You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Repair under Warranty Returns We will assist you with warranty repairs by sending them to our choice of warranty/repair centers. If the item is within warranty, as determined by the manufacturer, then the item will be repaired at no cost and will be returned to the customer at no cost. If the manufacturer denies warranty repair and the customer wants the item returned, the customer will be responsible for the diagnostic/estimate fees from the repair center, as well as the cost of shipping the item. Be advised that the item will likely be returned disassembled. You need to use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and specify that you have a warranty issue. |
